Will I receive information about FreshSX by post? No, we respect our customers' privacy and will NEVER send you anything by mail.
Will I receive e-mails from FreshSX? As a full member of FreshSX.com we do send out e-mail updates to let you know what's new at FreshSX. Our newsletter is also sent out to non-members who sign up for the newsletter through FreshSX.com.
How can I stop receiving e-mails from FreshSX? Every e-mail we send out has a cancel link. Click this and you will no longer receive any information by e-mail from FreshSX.
How often is FreshSX.com updated? We update the site weekly with new content and we send out our newsletter to all our members to inform them of what is new.
Why is FreshSX different? The key to FreshSX is the models. Some of the models run the company and the other models take a key role in writing content and providing ideas for the site. All our members can get closer to the models than ever before and look out for more new and exciting ways to interact with us very soon.
Will I see FreshSX content on other sites? No. All our content is unique to FreshSX.com and you will not see this on any other site. We do not sell or license our content to other sites and if you see our content on another site please let us know!
Billing and Membership Questions:
How can I join FreshSX.com? Click 'Join Now' and you will be taken to the billing page of our payment processor who will handle the transaction for you. All memberships are processed by CCBill, one of the largest and most trusted payment processors on the internet.
My password doesn't work! All passwords are case sensitive so you must type them in exactly as you originally typed it when you signed up. Capitals and lower case letters must be taken into consideration.
My password still doesn't work! If you are unable to login using your username and password go to the CC Bill customer support centre at https://support.ccbill.com
Will I be charged once only? When you sign up to FreshSX.com you will be charged for the period you signed up for. If you signed up for non-recurring membership you will be charged once only. If you signed up for recurring membership and within that period you decide not to continue your membership you can cancel and you will not be charged again. If you do not cancel within the charging period you will automatically be re-billed at the rate informed by the billing company at the time of sign up for 30 day recurring memberships. All other memberships are non-recurring and you will only be charged once for these options.
When I sign up will I receive notification? Yes, you will receive an email from the billing company letting you know the transaction was successful along with your username and password. Please ensure you enter a valid email address when signing up.
How do I cancel my membership? To cancel your membership visit the CC Bill customer support centre at https://support.ccbill.com. You will receive an email confirming your membership has been cancelled and you will not be billed again. Please do not email support@freshsx.com requesting cancellation as this must be done through CC Bill..

Technical Questions:
What browser should I use? FreshSX has been designed to work on all browsers and systems however we do recommend for optimum results using Internet Explorer. Always use the latest version of your browser - if you use Internet Explorer visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx
Is FreshSX.com fully compatible with the new Internet Explorer 7? Yes, it is but it is worth noting that Internet Exporer 7 has a new way of dealing with pop-up windows. All the FreshSX.com galleries work with pop-up windows and therefore we advise to check the way Internet Explorer deals with pop-ups. Go to Tools>Internet Options>Tabs>Settings and select 'Always open popups in a new tab'. The galleries will then display fully in a new tab. If you keep the default setting of allowing Internet Explorer to decide how to open pop-ups then the windows will not be of the correct size!
Why are the videos not very clear on my computer? Firstly you need to have Windows Media Player installed on your pc. The latest version also will allow you to play DVDs as well as the usual music files. Check out http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/versions.aspx for all versions of Windows Media Player.
Check the video settings on your computer. If you are running Windows,
do a "right click" with your mouse on any blank portion of your
Windows desktop. From the menu that pops up, choose "Properties".
You should then get a "Display Properties" window. Click on "Settings.
If your video card allows it make sure your "Colors" are set to
"High Color", or "16 bit". This will provide optimal results. You
definitely want at least a minimum of 64,000 colors.
Next, on the same settings tab, make sure that your "Screen Area"
is set to a minimum resolution of 800x600. If it is lower, many
sites on the internet will not appear correctly. If you are not
able to set your video resolution that high, or can't get at least
64,000 colors in the "Colors" area, then you may need to get a new
video card.
Also try updating the video driver by checking the documentation
that came with your computer for video card details. Running windows
update should also clear most of the problems well in advance as
the well established manufactures/ suppliers such as ATi etc have
updates linked through Microsoft driver's updates on their sites.
You should also check that you have the latest DirectX Drivers installed
on you system as these help with the quality of picture and the
speed at which the images files download to your computer from the
net: update here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx
Also check for the latest windows media players plug in. .
I only have a 56K dial-up modem. Can I still view the site? Yes, all our image galleries come with thumbnails from which you can choose which pictures you want to view at higher resolution. All pictures come in normal size and XL size. Also all our movies come in two versions, a low bandwidth option for faster viewing on dial up modems and a higher quality version for broadband connections.
Can I view the movies in a larger screen? Yes, just double click the movie window and you can see the movie at full screen size giving you the full FreshSX experience. To exit full screen just hit 'esc'.
Why do the pages take a long time to download? FreshSX use high quality, low file size images to maximise quality and minimise download times. Computers can slow down when the Internet Cache is full. To clear your cache and speed up viewing pages select 'tools', the 'internet options' and then delete temporary internet files and delete the history.
